The KINEMAX® burner is a nozzle-mixing, medium velocity burner. It provides a stream of hot combustion gases that promote circulation within your furnace, improving both temperature uniformity and workload penetration.
- Exit velocities up to 300 km/h (85 m/s) to promote workload heat penetration and better furnace temperature uniformity
- Operate on-ratio, with excess fuel or with excess air to meet the specific demands of your combustion process needs
- Burns most clean, low pressure gaseous fuels or light oil
- Turndown capability up to 48:1
- Maximum application flexibility with 7 different sizes and maximum capacities ranging from 110 kW up to 2460 kW
- Lower fuel consumption using preheated combustion air (up to 425 °C)
- Refractory block for chamber temperatures up to 1650 °C
- Removable backplate, providing access for easy inspection and/or maintenance
- KINEMAX® burners can be used with oxygen enriched combustion air

Description:
Maxon raw gas burners require no external combustion air source because, as the air stream passes through the profiled mixing plates and meets with the fuel, the resulting turbulence helps create very clean and efficient combustion.Emission rates are very low over a wide range of turndown ratios.Application include: Curing, Paint and print dying, paint baking, fume abatement and many others.
Description:
RadMax® Radiant Low NOx Burners are designed to deliver uniform, high intensity radiant energy for moisture removal in textile and paper ovens, paint drying, and powder coating, as well as many pre-heat, plastic forming, heat treating and annealing operations. With innovative ceramic or metal foam tiles, the RadMax® natural gas burner produces low to Ultra-Low NOx and CO levels for a wide variety of industrial gas burner applications.
Description:
Air heating in ovens and dryers, paint finishing lines, paper and textile machines, food baking ovens, coffee roasters, grain dryers, and fume incinerators
- Burns any clean fuel gas
- Fires into passing air streams
- Requires only low pressure gas
- Provides clean combustion with low NOx levels
- Compact burner design provides quick and easy installation
- Simple field adjustment and maintenance
- 40:1 turndown or more
- Over 90 different styles and sizes
- Heat releases to 16,500,000 Btu/hr
- Cost-effective external blower (EB) version
Description:
The VALUPAK® is designed for process air heating applications. A motorized gas control valve controls the heat output of the burner over the full operating range. The gas flows through the nozzle and then along the inside of the burner cone where combustion air is progressively and tangentially mixed with the gas. This results in a short, very stable flame and clean combustion.
- High turndown
- Available in 6 sizes
- Capacities: 0.007 MBtu/hr - 4 MBtu/hr
- Stable and clean combustion
- Suitable for UV scanner and flame rod
- Natural gas and LPG
- Low gas pressure requirements
- Ease of installation and operation with low maintenance requirements
- All metal construction
- Multi voltage and frequency blower motors
Description:

Description:
MAXON's A Style Synchro flow control valve bodies are designed to meet ANSI flange specifications. High pressure rating flow control valves are available in cast iron, carbon steel and brass bodies. SYNCHRO Gas Valves may be used independently for individual adjustable gradient fuel flow control, or in tandem with other fuel and air control valves for more sophisticated multi-zone control or multi-fuel applications.
Description:
MAXON's Series "CV" Flow Control Valves incorporate a full-flow, fixed gradient butterfly valve design for high capacities at low pressure drops, using minimum operating torque. Series "BV" Balancing Valves are used to balance gas or air flows in multiple-burner systems fed by a common manifold. These gas valves feature a full-flow butterfly design with provision for locking in any position. Both flow control valves are used for air, gas and oil proportioning control.
Description:
MICRO-RATIO® Flow Control Valve assemblies are used for air, gas and oil proportioning control. The multiple screw cam assembly provides mechanical adjustment capabilities to the air/fuel ratio at each valve position throughout the entire capacity range of your industrial burner system. Throttling range of this gas valve is fully adjustable and designed to operate over the extremely wide turndown capabilities of MAXON's modern burner systems.
Description:
MAXON's Electro-Pneumatic Shut-Off Valves are ideally suited for reliable shut off of various fuel gases and liquids. MAXON gas valves require only a power source from your burner management system or DCS and an instrument air feed. MAXON shut off valve operating pressures and valve Cv's are among the highest available in the industry meaning you can move more fuel in smaller size valves than competitive products.
